Trogir

There are a lot of hidden stories about the Old city walls of Trogir only the locals know. For instance, upon entering the southern entrance to Ćipiko Palace you can see an inscription: “NOSCE TE IPSUM“ (in Greek: “gnothi seauthon“), which means: Realize yourself!
